Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

During high-volume periods such as product launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may take slightly longer.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times depend on your location and the shipping carrier.

Typical delivery times:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions which will be clearly indicated at checkout.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and tracking link so you can monitor your shipment.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after your order has been shipped.


Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is entered and the order has already shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes or rerouting.

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you believe your package was stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:
